EVALUATION BY A HIGHLY SPECIALIZED TEAM (HST)<\/h3>\n We manage the HST certification process for data processing and network infrastructureequipment. <\/button> <\/p>\n The HST standard applies to professional data processing equipment (modular, multiprocessor, or used) used for communication with other equipment such as workstations, super servers, 24\/7 systems, or supercomputers. This is in accordance with the technical specifications of NOM-019-SCFI-1998. This standard is valid for the importation of products, up to a maximum of 25 units per customs declaration, with no limit on the number of imports and an indefinite term of validity.
1.2 The following are excluded from the scope of this Standard: highly specialized equipment not listed in section 1.1 (of NOM-019-SCFI-1998)<\/i><\/strong> and that is not sold directly to the general public but rather to business users or institutions that install, operate, and update such equipment directly or in collaboration with the supplier, as well as: 1.- Equipment with a multiprocessor architecture, regardless of the type and number of processors they use. 2.- Peripheral devices associated with the machines listed in section 1.2, such as: printers, plotters, external disk drives, external tape drives, graphics tablets, image scanners, optical readers, monitors, terminals, or control or interface units. 3.- Equipment used for electronic communication between data processing equipment and peripheral devices, local area networks (LANs), etc., such as hubs, protocol converters, or routers, that meet two of the following characteristics: <\/p>\n <\/p>\n\u2022 Have a data BUS of 100 MB\/s or more;<\/li>\n <\/p>\n
