What is a highly specialized EAE team?
Highly specialized EAE equipment refers to devices that are not sold directly to the general public and, due to their characteristics, are installed and/or operated exclusively by business users or institutions. This professional data processing equipment is typically modular, multiprocessing, or used for communication with other devices, such as workstations, super servers, 24/7 systems, or supercomputers.
What is a customs declaration used for?
The Customs Declaration is an essential document for importing goods. Its primary purpose is to verify the legality of the goods in transit and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Why is the Commercial Information Label required?
Because it ensures that consumers have access to clear, sufficient, and accurate information about the products they purchase. This not only helps prevent unfair practices and health risks, but also promotes informed purchasing decisions.

The commercial information standards NOMS establish rules that ensure consumers know exactly what they are buying, where it comes from, who produces it, what it contains, and how it should be used or stored. These labels are essential for market transparency and for protecting consumer rights.

What is the purpose of NOM certificate validation in SOIA?
The Comprehensive Customs Operations System (SOIA) is a system operated by the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT) that allows users to check the status of foreign trade transactions carried out as part of the customs clearance process.

In the case of NOM certificates, the system verifies that the document is active and valid in
order to proceed with the product import process.
Anyone or any participant in the trade process can access the SOIA database via the
following link: Quick Search for NOM Certificates.
